Looking after your mobile workforce in a globalising economy

A guideline for Swedish organisations

A Swedish organisation seeking to optimise its development and growth must look beyond borders these days and consider the global dimension of doing business. This globalisation exposes mobile staff to unfamiliar places, while at the same time the world is confronted with events like natural disasters, terrorist attacks, epidemics (Zika, Ebola, the Plague) and geopolitical tensions. Therefore it is a challenge for organisations to simultaneously focus on business continuity and on the wellbeing of their mobile workforce.

To help you, in your role as Risk professional, deal with this challenge and mitigate travel risks, we invite you to our seminar where we will discuss amongst others:

  • What is Duty of Care and what does it mean for Swedish organisations?
  • What are the real medical and travel security risks and how can you mitigate them?
  • How to set up a travel risk mitigation plan in your own organisation?

During the seminar SWERMA and International SOS Foundation will launch the publication ‘Looking after your mobile workforce in a globalising economy – A guideline for Swedish companies’.

Feel free to share this invitation with (a) colleague(s) that might be interested in this topic.
