For the third-year running, these Awards honour organisations that develop best practices or innovate in health, travel and security risk management to protect their globally mobile workforce.
There are few programmes in the marketplace that recognise the achievements of Security, Travel, OHSE, Medical Directors, Human Resources, Compliance and Legal Functions for their efforts in Duty of Care.
ABOUT THE 2018 DUTY OF CARE AWARDS
- There is no fee to enter.
- We have assembled an expert panel of twelve judges from: Centre for Disease Control (CDC), Risk Management Society (RIMS), Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM), Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE), Control Risks, Canadian Center of Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS), Association of Labour & Inspection (IALI) and others.
- There are nine categories for entry: Innovation, Communications, Resilient Care, Remote Healthcare, Thought Leadership and new one like Education, Aviation and Sustainability.
- Last year top winners included: Johnson & Johnson, Marks and Spencer, Nestle, ABB and FirstRand. You can read their case studies on their winning programmes.
ABOUT US
Launched in March 2012, the International SOS Foundation has the goal of improving the safety, security, health and welfare of people working abroad or on remote assignments through the study, understanding and mitigation of potential risks. The Foundation is a registered charity and started with a grant from International SOS. It is a fully independent, non-profit organisation.
