Wilson Hull

Environmental Major Loss Adjuster, UK & Ireland, AIG

Wilson is a Hydrogeologist with over 20 years’ experience in the environmental sector and a member of the Chartered Institute of Water & Environmental Management (CIWEM) and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

Wilson joined AIG in 2015 and is responsible for managing EIL claims arising from Policies issued out of the UK and Ireland. In addition, I he has been involved in adjusting EIL claims in international jurisdictions including Belgium, Brazil, China, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, India, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Thailand and Turkey.

Prior to joining AIG Wilson worked within the Permitting and Environmental Compliance team at E.ON where he was involved in managing land quality investigations and assessments for proposed power stations and an onshore cable route for an offshore wind farm. In addition, Wilson was involved in managing technical consultants to develop an offshore CO2 storage site in the North Sea for a proposed power plant. Wilson also served as technical secretariat for the Waste and By-Products Working Group of the power industries Joint Environment Programme (JEP) and represented UK interest at European meetings.

Wilson has a broad range of environmental experience having worked for the Environment Agency for 9 years and was involved in both land quality and strategic water resources projects. Within this role he prepared written statements for Public Inquiries and evidence for prosecution cases.

Astrid Andréason

Casualty Major Loss Adjuster, Nordics, AIG

Astrid Andréason is Casualty Major loss claims adjuster at AIG for the Nordic countries, and is hence handling our clients largest and most complex liability claims. Astrid also handles EIL claims in the Nordics. Astrid started at AIG 2017.

 

Gunnar Axelsson

Underwriter, Environmental Nordics, AIG

Gunnar has +15 years of experience from working in the environmental sector. In his current Underwriting role at AIG, he is based in Copenhagen. Before joining AIG he held the role of environmental engineer at AFRY., and held previously the role of senior environmental advisor at Avinor in Norway.

Gunnar holds a master’s degree of Science in Environmental Engineering from Lund University.
