Managing an incident where your mobile workforce is at risk

Workshop, Stockholm, 13 October 2016

Earlier this year we hosted a ’Travel Risk Outlook 2016 seminar’ about the impact of travel risks on an organisation’s workforce and business. As a follow up of this seminar we would like to invite you to our complimentary workshop ’Managing an incident where your mobile workforce is at risk’

At this scenario-based workshop we will discuss:

  • Who is (are) or should be responsible for managing medical and security incidents within your organisation?
  • What is the value of having a plan, a travel risk policy in place? To what extent can you prepare for an incident?
  • Which stakeholders are involved? What is your own role?
  • How can you inform and prepare your mobile workforce and how do you communicate with them in case of an incident?

You will have the opportunity to have an in-depth discussion on these topics with your peers as well as with our experts. The workshop will take place on 13 October from 8h30-12h00 in Stockholm and there will also be networking opportunities.

We look forward to welcoming you on 13 October.
Kind regards,

International SOS
